don't waste your time

as good of a story as this was there is no follow up and I've been waiting almost 3 years.... this awesome book leaves the mother load of cliffhangers so don't sign up for the agony

Left us dangling from the Cliff-Help!

Gail McHugh, please, please, I just spent 18 hrs and 13 mins listening, this Cliff Hanging (Not cliff hanger) is almost has painful and addictive as the story line. Can't wait to hear how this story ends or continues.

Unconventional love story to say the least!

I admire the prose Gail McHugh weaves putting her talent down on paper. This story is a love triangle ... but not your typical love triangle. There is darkness in all three characters including the heroine. Somehow McHugh manages to get you to sympathize with all three despite their short comings. Be warned .... there is a cliff hanger which I hope will be resolved in book 2 of the series. I had high hopes it would be a one story event, but not. This story is full of sex, unresolved feelings, friendship and love. Credit worthy, in my opinion.

there is never going to be part 2!!!

I am so passed! I just listened to 18 hours of this story, it took a good 3 hours before it even got interesting and then I got so wrapped up in these 3 people, with their love, their dangerous lives, all the while telling myself, it's ok if part 2 isn't on audible, I'll just read it. so excited to find out what happens, which boy she chooses (wanting it to be Ryder) to find out there is no part 2!! on audible or book form anywhere!! the author has been MIA since 2015, so no one will ever know how this story ends!! so so disappointing!! just saying I wish audible wouldn't even let us purchase a part 1 if we're never going to get part 2

Speechless

This story is definitely an experience, definitely unforgettable and definitely a cliff hanger at the end that will want you wanting more but book 2 still has yet to be released.

There is so much about this story but I don't know what to actually put down. If you are not consumed by it we must have read a different book. Gail McHugh did an amazing job with this.

This is dark, emotional, will take you on twist and turns, The characters are deeply flawed, best friends that are in love with an equally flawed female. Ryder and Brock are both alpha males that are consumed by Amber. Ryder's character is the one that I love the most, Ryder is the tattooed bad boy that steals your breath. The scene when they are all three together was nothing short of amazing the way it is written.
