So good!

Every time I finish a Pine Valley book I feel like it’s my new favorite! The Pine Valley series is amazing! So are the books in the Belltown Six books and the Hockey series! I love these talented authors!

Best of the Series

I wish it was a bit more descriptive.....these books are a little "too clean" Also, stop using the word torso 😂 That's creepy. Hot bod, is better. We could do another book on these two. I can see marriage and kids. A book, on his sister Becca aa well. SPINOFF!

Fun contemporary read

I enjoyed listening to this book. I liked the storyline and the characters. The narrator was great too.

Great sports romance

Great sports romance set in Pine Valley. A self assured hockey star and an independent lawyer made for engaging and delightful scenes and conversations. Sweet love story.

Great as ALWAYS!!!

I’m loving Heather B. Moore’s books and this one was great as expected!!! I have been loving Xe Sands narration for a while now and she NEVER disappoints!!! Keep up the great work, ladies!!!

An unlikely pair

At first, Lindsey and Nelson seem like an unlikely pair. She's a confident lawyer, who prefers stilettos to any other type of shoe. He's a goalie for a hockey team. She's never been on the ice before, and he's used to handle problems the old-fashioned way.

Yet, somehow they fit and their love works. I really enjoyed seeing how it all came together in this fun, clean romance.

Don’t miss this one!

Loved every second of this book! The main characters were real and relatable... and their chemistry!!! The narrator did a such a fantastic job. She didn’t rush through it, making it easy to savor every moment.

Sweet opposites attract relationship development r

Lindsey & Nelson make a bit of an odd couple with her being a lawyer & him being a hockey player. But they're both attracted to each other & find that they do share a lot in common.

They each have some conflicts arising from their jobs, which leads to some suspense, but also from the challenges & frustrations of developing a long-distance relationship.

Of course you know everything will work out happily, but their resolution is amusing

[The narrator does well with the voices - even the male ones - and reads with a natural tone that works well for a wry tone and flirty scenes]

A heart warming romance

Nelson and Lindsey made a fun and amiable couple that you just wanted to learn more about. Nelson was an injured hockey player and Lindsey was an estate lawyer. The author nicely developed both characters. There was depth to their personalities and feelings. The romance between Lindsey and Nelson developed naturally and believably. The romance was not rushed, silly, or based soley on physical attraction. So many romances these days are based on superficial characters who a shallow. Moore has painted a picture of heart warming romance.

Things I really liked about this book:

1. The author's sense of humor that shows up in the banter between the characters.
2. There was some intrigue. That added some excitement to the plot.
3. How well the author paints clear pictures with her words.
4. This was a clean read.

Enjoyable

Pine Valley, when two opposites meet and attraction for Lindsay and Tyler. It’s all about hockey and she is an attorney. He is recovering from injury, and she of dreams of partnership that failed and now starting over. Good enjoyable story of finding love. Given audio which had good narration for my voluntary review and honest opinion.
