Oh! No! No! No!

Would you listen to All Up in My Business again? Why?

Absolutely & I plan to do just that as soon as I finish the third installment of this series. This book was a great listen & even though the narrator wasn't who I would've chosen, I was still pleased with the story-line.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Toussaint, by far. He seems confident, alluring, & down right sexy. I like his spirit, his drive, & his go-getter mentality. He goes for what he wants.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Toussaint showed up at Alexis' house & refused to leave without getting a chance to tell his side.

If you could rename All Up in My Business, what would you call it?

I think this is an appropriate title.

Any additional comments?

This story starts out a little slow, but once it gets going, which isn't long after it stays going & going & going & then it's gone & you're like no, wait, I need more. This is a great read/listen & I am thoroughly pleased I chose to start this series.

The ending murdered a good book

I enjoyed this read. It captured my attention. The ending.....ugh! I cant call it a cliff hanger but it does take you to the edge of the cliff without pushing you over. Like slamming on the brakes a the last minute. Otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.

Sec, scandal and Sabotage!!!!!

Don’t let the narrator throw you off (not the best with different voices) Imagine the shows Fatal Attraction and For My Man, but on steroids! So much drama, secrets and lies! There’s Never a dull moment in the family full of Bosses. Whether it’s adultery, womanizing, lying, manipulation, or down right back stabbing! They deal with it ALL. I’m going to start the next book because I NEED to see what happens next!!!!

Slow

Would you try another book from Lutishia Lovely and/or Corey Allen?

The story development was very slow. It really lacked excitement in the first half of the book. The reader is good though it took me a while to distinguish the characters because of the lack of character development. The second half of the book was much better. As the book got interesting, it ended abruptly. I was left wanting to know what happened. There must be a sequel to this book because the story did not have a conclusion. This is the second book that I listened to by this author...I gave her a try, but she is not my favorite.

What could Lutishia Lovely have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Better, quicker character development. Too much 'story' about nothing and not enough details about the things that mattered. The story moved through time too quickly leaving out vital details.
