On the Edge of My Seat

I didn’t know I needed YA thriller as a genre in my life until Kit Frick came into my life.

Eye Opening

This was a great story to not only reveal the pressures of parents on their kids, but also the devastating truth of church conversion of kids who are homosexual. It is so sad to think parents can be so cruel and yet do it in the name of God-what complete hypocrisy!

Lessons for the young girl

There are loads of lessons for the young lady in this work. Lots of 'Don'ts' than 'Dos'.

Very informative book for those that aren’t part of the LGBTQ community or strict churches. Great story line and strong meaning behind the whole book!

I actually ended up enjoying this book. I honestly didn’t figure it out! I would recommend.

Good read

It’s a trilling read and look inside two different teenagers lives. If you like pretty little liars you’ll enjoy this book, If you like cults you’ll enjoy this book

Suspenseful, relatable & overall excellent!!

I loved that the story had two different narratives of one story. I definitely got sucked into it right away and was always sitting at the edge of my seat waiting for the next thing to happen. I absolutely loved it and would 100% recommend to my friends.

Twist Ending Tried Too Hard

This story just has a little bit too much going on. It’s easy to follow, don’t get me wrong. But I feel like they don’t stay enough on the religious cult or the parents’ failures. Clearly the teenagers are the main characters, but they don’t feel justified in why they do what they do as much as I would have liked, if that makes sense. And the twist was a bit much at the end.

Two teenage girls involved in different relationships with the same teenage boy.

When I first started listening to this book I thought I would just delete it. But as time went on I realized how involved I became in the lives of these two young girls. Amanda who appeared to have it all. Money, friends, nice house and a rich boyfriend. And Rosalie, who was poor, her parents belonged to a very strict church that had too many rules.

The end will enlighten you on the importance of acceptance of LBGT
