Jesus and the cosmos!
Gloria did an excellent job helping me go through the flow of Ephesians! Her personal illustrations were on point, and reading her book in conjunction with the text was just simply inspiring! I highly recommend to everyone!!!!

Any additional comments?
I'm not sure who I would rather be narrator, but anyone who would slow down enough to allow the deep thinking and sinking in of a powerful commentary on God's Word.

Disappointing
I have so enjoyed Gloria Furman’s other books, but unfortunately this one felt like a mess. The surprising phrases mentioned in other reviews are true. It also comes out in this book that she holds to a progressive dispensational view, and also believes in inaugurated eschatology. I thought maybe it would just be comments throughout the book, but by the end, it really permeates everything. Unfortunately, this is not a book I will be able to recommend to others.
