This delivered campy, light-hearted, fast moving holiday fun with two dirty bits between Lorena, or “Lo” and green-skinned Rez.
Rez: “all that awful singing … it has a purpose: courting!”
The Grinch-Hot Tamale variation on the grumpy-sunshine trope was a hoot. Okay, so this reverted back to first contact without translators. And yes, it’s silly how great Rez was at sex, considering he’s grown up alone and lives in a cave. And yeah, Lo was super emotional over her tamales, masa, and pozole comfort foods. But c’mon! It’s Christmas!
