Good

I'm not sure why this wasn't included in the Romance package bcuz this audio book was just as good as the orher books in this series. More suspense, more story lines and yes a trigger of child abuse/kidnapping/pedophile that ended well. All n All a good listen.

Absolutely - the plot was interesting and the characters were well written.

One of the main things I really like about this series, is that although the characters are connected, each story is it's own and doesn't depend on the other books to build the story. To me, this series gets better with each book - that's the mark of a keeper!

A read that has a little bit of everything in it and will keep you on your seat Seat through the entire book

This was the first book in the series and it was awesome. There was not one thing that I did not like in the whole book. It has a little bit of everything and keeps you connected from beginning to end. I can’t wait to read the next book. I highly recommend

Yes, I would listen to the entire series again, all 7 books. Beautiful romances & stories which leave you wanting to know more of the relationship of these former Marines. The books were filled with mystery, investigations and new romances.

Have you listened to any of Jack Garrett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to many of Jack Garrett's performances, such as all the books by Linda Miller that he performs for, and I have many more in my library, that I am eager to hear.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

lots of smiles and a few teary eyes at time, but it was a wonderful read.

I hope Kat Martin is not finished with this series, I would love to hear more...and narriated by Jack Garrett, of course.

Same Story Different Day

Although Kat seems to be stuck on boys meets girl, boy girl decide to not love, boy and girl fall hopelessly in love - she still tells a great story. I kept holding my breath waiting for the next twist and being surprised when it happened. I have enjoyed all in this series to this point and are planning to enjoy the next ones. Waiting for Kat to extend the Brodie series, I am sure the couples or all of the brothers can find trouble and intrigue.
