Hugh Fraser is a master

I keep listening to these Agatha Christie novels and the main reason is Hugh Fraser's incredible ability to give life to each character.

The Narrator is Amazing!

A classic Agatha Christie mystery and talented, easy-listen reader.

With many characters, multiple locations, time frames, movement and clues, the author keeps us directly in the action. The narrator distinguishes characters smoothly and subtly, with impressive voice and accent skill.

Agatha's amazing perceptions of people's character

This is Hugh Fraser's best performance I've listened to so far, he was fabulous! Of course, he had some great material to work with, this may also be my favorite story so far.

Great, but there are better books

Eell, Alter the funeral is a good story, but who knows Agatha Crristie books, is impossible do’t compare.
This book is a typical tale of mystery, with a wonderful investigation, which as always happens in the author's books, surprise the reader when the revelation of who the murderer was.

Clever Story

Agatha Christie near her best with a clever story although resolution somewhat easier to guess than in most of her. work.

Classic Agatha Christie

I have been devouring the Agatha Christie audible books. I love the stories and the characters. This one is classic Agatha Christie. She keeps you guessing until the very end!

an oldie but a goodie

Agatha Christie's stories still hold up well over time, in spite of items (even plot-dependent items) that are out-of-date these days. This is a good mystery, performed well by Hugh Fraser, and very enjoyable. Hercule Poirot is a character whom I find a little over-bearing, but fortunately he doesn't show up until about half-way through.
