Great Morning Commute Listening

I really enjoy listening to affirmations on my ride into work each day. These affirmations are uplifting and a calming way to start your day. Music arrangements and the readers voice is soothing and resonated with me. Give this audiobook. Its a great way to start your day.

I listen to these affirmations daily, sometimes several times a day. The music is perfect for the spoken word and Denise's voice is reassuring and comforting. I find that her gentle reminder of all things good is an excellent way to begin my day, or take a break with during a stressful day.

What other book might you compare Affirmations for Living an Empowered Life to and why?

The Moses Code Meditation is a music only "book." It is also very uplifting and regenerative.

Uplifting

It's really easy to listen to, really flowing, great messages. I've been trying to learn how to meditate (and feel good from it) and struggling. I bought this audible too kind of as an alternative. I feel great after listening to it especially if I listen to it while walking. Tomorrow, I think I'll try meditating after listening to this on my walk :)

Full of Affirmations

Relaxing, and full of Affirmations. One can never get enough. Good to play while you are resting.

Of all the affirmations I find this one to be the most pleasant and realistic. She has a pleasant voice. Also I don't like the affirmations where they say, "the best, the most important..." This tape has a more spiritual bent without the arrogance of some of the other affirmation tapes.
