I love these meditations. I listen every day.
I couldn't wait to hear them just one day at a time, so initially I listened to the whole thing over several days. I absolutely love this book and the narrator has the perfect voice for these very spiritually healing talks. As someone in the second half of life I found it very helpful. I just can't say enough good things about it. It's what your soul needed to hear. And, now I am re-listening to some of my favorite Weeks and will continue to listen to the whole thing again and again, just to use as my daily meditation to remind myself of what I already know.
