Joseph Woods has spiraled out of control with his addictions and mental illness. But one day, Joseph bumped into Matteus Anderson, an acupuncturist, and his life changed.

Matteus asked him a question: "What is the purpose of your life?" As a result, Matteus unraveled a mystery for Joseph that would lead to sessions of acupuncture, meditation, and lively dreams.

First, Joseph dealt with issues from his friend Shawn Williams, who gave Joseph problems about his lifestyle. Shawn later brought back Emily Dickens, who Joseph once had a crush on, but she didn't return the crush back. They all hung out, and eventually Shawn went with Emily in front of Joseph. This sparked Joseph on a mission to vow not to return until he was spiritually ready.

Joseph sought Matteus for advice, and Joseph was destined to conquer his illnesses. Joseph also unlocked some of his past life memories that deal with lifetimes in Egypt, and he found out he needed to go to Egypt in order to solve his problem with the spirits from the past that are haunting him.

This message led to a discovery of Matteus' life. Joseph found out that Matteus' wife was killed in an explosion by the hands of Meir Ben-Haim, leader of Egypt. Meir's healing was botched, and he had turned to the dark side. Both Matteus' and Joseph's fate led them to a journey to Egypt.

As for Joseph Woods, his soul warrior journey had just begun.
