great easy read for the novice!

i loved reading this book! it is a great guideline for the novice! i read the book first before writing my thesis. i read it again to take written notes. then i began searching for my articles and composing my literature review. Great book!

The delivery was sometimes frustrating

I liked the content and found it useful. I understand the need to annunciate however I nearly bailed out during the intro because it felt as if a kindergarten teacher were reading to me. Glad I stuck with it.
