It was good to hear her story. I wish she had read the book though - I think it would have had a little more punch.

I've been having this book on loop everyday.

This is the real, raw story that I've always wanted to hear from someone but everyone is too afraid to admit. to admit it's okay to have a bulge and even though I do exercise and eat in moderation, I still will never look like a Victoria secret model. thank you so much Ashley. you are saving my life.

Your authentic acceptance is mind blowing. thank you for sharing. I now believe I am beautiful too. Being the bigger girl amongst friends was tough. Age and wisdom allows me to be me, tattoos, short hair and curves.

Relatable

So many parts of this book were so relatable. I cried a few times too, when she spoke about her father. I enjoyed learning more about her. I really like her and this book gives you more insight into her life and personality.

Overall...

Love the book overall however I do think it would be more beneficial if Ashley ever goes back in and reads it herself. Her ability to captivate her audience with her voice and motivation would change the underlying theme of this book. As a plus size individual I was grateful for every word and every moment of insight.
