If you have read or listened to books in this genre, you will see a lot of Alpha-male, toxic BS. This is not that. It's way more nuanced, and thoughtful Great narrator too.

This is a great listen that encourages and builds you up and helps to explain some of the key elements to the dating game.
It's something I wished I had read earlier in life as it has some really useful and practical considerations and steps you can take.

A good listen, with a few tips

This audiobook is a good listen, for some they'll likely get a lot of tips out of it versus others may only take away a few pearls. It's ideal for anyone that wants to build up their self-confidence when talking with women. There are some great conversational topics to get started with. I appreciate the sections on correcting many of the misconceptions and learning how to decipher non-verbal behaviors. At a minimum, it's an entertaining read that can hopefully teach you a little or a lot!

oh boy this is exactly what i need. i felt like someone finally turned on a light in a dark room. it's like, all this time, i've been bumping into stuff, not knowing why, and it confuses me and frustrates me from time to time. the part about shaking off those old, dusty beliefs, for me that really hits home. i never realized how much unnecessary emotions, pressures, or i shall just simply say junk, i was carrying around in my head. now after listening to this book, talking to women doesn't seem like a puzzle anymore, more like just sharing a laugh with a friend. and that bit about just being myself, that's the real game changer. im who i am after all and everyone's unique, what makes you loveable is your trueself and this book helps you find it.
