Very entertaining, good narration
This is the second book in the series. This story has good suspense blended with a variety of very likable characters and some fun and humor. This book is set in New Orleans which gives nice flavor. I enjoy the writing, and the pace of the story. The narration is very good for most of the voices.

Longly and Pancake in NOLA
Color me happy any time there’s a NOLA setting. Since I’m happy any time I read the work of Dp Lyle, this was win-win. If you wake up beside a dead body in a locked room, are you the killer? Even if you’re in NOLA, that’s a not good. If you give this book a try, you’ll be very glad you did. As a matter of fact, pick up any of the Jake Longly series and you’ll really be glad you did. DO Lyle also narrated this title. Who knows the character better than he?
