Morgana and Cade

I love shifter books but this one was different. Initially, I did not care for Cade, the doctor, but he grew on me. Overall, this was a good book with a good story but a lot of spanking. Loved Morgana. Logan McAllister did a good job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

A Gift For The Doctor is a story full of dragons, shifters, aliens and magic. Also hot sex and spankings - lots and lots of spankings. Beyond the love story, there is also a civil war being waged between the rebels and the evil tyrant (is there any other kind?), with plenty of action. Logan McAllister has a distinctive narrative style and was outstanding as usual. I found this to be a very entertaining listen and would recommend A Gift For The Doctor. Oh, and did I mention that there were spankings?

over done

the spankings over accessive with hand ok then belt to much. oneorthe other! I think the"good girl" is soooo derogatory. after a while it is over done. the alpha tendencies are way over done.

Sara Fields is definitely a new favorite of mine.

This is the second story by Sara Fields that I've read or listened to. I love the way she writes so far. I wish I could afford to get all her audio books. I can't recommend this book enough. I hate spoilers so I won't do it to you.
Logan McAllister has a earthy voice that just pulls you into the story. I've only listened to him narrate 2 other books so far the first one I didn't care for at the time. It really threw me off listening to a male reading from a female perspective. The second one I enjoyed a more as I was getting a little more used to it. Now I really love his work.

I didn't read "A Gift For The King" so there was a definite feel of being dropped into the middle of a story. Although it was easy enough to follow, I found it odd, the mix of aliens and shifters. The content was mature adult which contrasted to the young adult level of writing. The sexual content settled in on spanking-spanking and lashing; a bit too heavy for Morgana being new to the BDSM scene (IMHO).

Logan McAllister has a fantastic edgy voice. He portrayed the characters very well.

If you are looking for a hot, fairly short read with plenty of steam, and one hot alpha, than look no further!
It's the type of book that takes you out of your head & offers an escape. My only complaint is some of the adjectives were kind of juvenile EX (bottom, bottom hole, member) if she can say pu**y and engage in an%l...... It was kind of a turn off for me. But that's just my personal opinion. This series is def worth the read. 😍

Possibly. This book was all over the place. It had humans, aliens, shifters, dragons and wizards. It also incorporated dr play and spankings. Some of the spankings seemed a bit much, there is a difference between a punishment and a beating. I think the author tipped a bit to the beatings a few too many times.

Good sci-fi romance book

I was pleasantly surprised with this book. It was filled with magic, hot naughty scenes and action. I would recommend this book whenever your in between books. The narration was good. I as provided copy of this book from the author/ narrator for a honest review

This ends in a bit of a cliffhanger. The story is good ingeneral if you stick it out. I actually stopped thinking this was not what I thought it was. I listened to another book, then came back to this one. Spoiler Alert: the first part of the book is all sex, no plot. it gets to be more plot later with light BDSM spanking. The thing is that this book has so many elements in it it's kind of all over the place. The H is a doctor but he's also an alien wolf shifter, The h is a human sorceress that eventually gets a dragon pet. the story and the world keeps changing to meet the author's needs.
