Good legal thriller

This was a fast-paced legal thriller with interesting characters. The twist near the end was pretty obvious early on, but the story was engaging throughout.

Love it

He did it again. This book had me so engrossed that I didn’t want to put it down. A great listen. I would highly recommend this book.

Best book in the series so far!

A Gambler's Jury contains more dimension, character, & humor than the previous titles in the series. I felt for the people in the story & could see how this might actually take place in our political & justice system.

Good and realistic Story

Sadly, these sort of stories happen in real life and it's rather upsetting. I'm glad the end in had a good ending for the kid.

Victor Methos has done it again. I could not so reading this story it is incredibly heartbreaking yet very well written. I Love Love his work!!! Awesome writer

Far too relevant even in 2023

This one pulls the emotional strings at the same time it opens the curtains to the darker side of our Justice system. The culprit was pretty predictable which is different than other books by Methos, but that didn’t take away from the overall story and the lessons it aims to teach.

Great story, well-narrated

This is a great story. The plot kept us guessing all the way to the end, there was plenty of humor to break up the intensity of the storyline, and the narration was really well done.

Victoria Methos?

I’m just playing. But seriously. I’m all for the me too movement, but this book was a little too mushy. A little less relationship drama and a little bit more court room action would be nice. I gave it four stars overall because it was pretty good Mostly. Reads a little like a Nora Roberts book. At least with Nora Roberts, I know what to expect.

I don’t know if there was supposed be a surprise ending - But to me it was glaringly obvious who was responsible. That’s all I’ll say

MUST READ

This was The first book that I read from this author. From the moment it started, to the end, it moved quickly and was well written. Don’t hesitate
putting this on your booklist to read!
