hard to follow

i was excited to get this, but it was useless. the voice doesn't do well pronouncing medical things and there's no numbers before the questions making it really hard to follow along or find your spot if you lose it, you have to start all the way over which is very frustrating. not a good design for am audiobook. the answers should be right after the question. and there's no rationales. I might try to sit with it, but I was hoping to use it as a study tool while I'm driving
