Amazing
This is a wonderful, short meditation book. Each chapter is less that two or three minutes of reading; therefore, you can listen to one meditation a day or easily listen to the entire book in one sitting. Either way, I enjoyed this book as it encapsulates a great deal of church doctrine in bite size bits anyone can digest and understand. Definitely a plus for me.
