Quite good

Well, this is definitely YA. BUT it definitely held my interest and I really enjoyed the narrarator. Mean girls mixed with Pretty Little Liars. And I like that sort of thing.

Ending was a little weak, but good overall.

This is definitely a modern ‘Mean Girls’ type story. A bit implausible because I find it hard to believe a sixteen year old is capable of the incredibly diabolical aspect of the plot. Nonetheless, an engaging story with good narration. Has most of the social games involved with high school, spot-on. Although it’s been decades since I was there, some things never change... they just get updated.

Enjoyed the read.

I enjoyed the story and it was a nice performance by the narrator. I am going to read another by this author.

Loved it. The only thing I would have liked, was at least one more chapter to pull everything together. The ending left you wanting more.

love Sarah's imagination!!! her descriptions are so realistic, I actually got the urge to Google or look up what the characters were searching in the story. Perfect performance from the reader as well. although the transitions from one character to the next was confusing at first. you just have to pay attention.

YA that kept me engaged from minute one!

Sad how this played out - but a very very good listen!! Off to check out others by this author!

You might like it

First off, you might like this book, more than I. The teen sex and teens in general is difficult for me to to get past. Im too old I guess. I enjoyed this one but at same time spent maybe half of it waiting for it to end. Some of characters lacked … well character. I enjoy this authors other books and the narration was A++ but the story missed the mark. Too many unrealistic schemes and the story itself is lack BUT the writing itself is good and there were a few points that I was pulled In but it didn’t sustain. The end I’ll say was good, leading up to the end could of been better and less predictable but I didn’t predict the very end. Would I listen if I were you? Yes. If you don’t mind teens and you can put your mom hat away.

Pinborough does it again!! So many twists, no plot holes. I wish more authors were this good!! Excellent narrator also

good then not-so-good

The story was so engaging and interesting and the performance was spot on. Then after the first resolution of the mystery, it goes downhill. Perhaps I have memories of high school and high school girls that are too vivid and negative, but at some point, enough was enough.

Decent Ending!

This book may seem like it gives away to much in the middle but there’s a good twist in the end. It’s a guilty pleasure read for childish high school drama. The reason behind it all is though kind of dumb but most reasons you hear about in the news are dumb.
