Affirmations can change everything
I had worked myself down so thin with fear and stress. I had done a lot of spiritual work and had gone through “the dark night of the soul” it was awful, but I am so grateful to have experienced it now that I’m through the other side. Affirmations were the rope the guided me to the light at the end of the tunnel. This excellent title is not one to be dismissed, the affirmations here are empowering, inspiring and most of all, showering you with self-love. 5/5

Inspiring
This audio is a wonderful tool for building confidence and developing resilience in a world where women face daily challenges and setbacks. I really appreciated the positive affirmations that help me focus and reaffirm my convictions. While listening to this book, I was reminded of the reasons for the chosen direction my life has taken and I was given the badly needed motivation to keep the course.
The narrator is also, very good, and easy to listen to.
