Difficult to listen to

Right off the bat, the author states that you, as a real estate buyer or seller, should never engage the services of a newly licensed agent, disregarding the fact that the agent must be associated with a licensed, experienced broker. She forgets that she too was a newly licensed agent once. The author narrates her own book, which is not a good idea. She sounds as though she is reading to a kindergarten class. It is painful to get through the entire book without constantly skipping ahead. There are a few good tips hidden in the 100, but they are basically common sense, and not worth purchasing the book .
