Stone Green

Before Vonteresa M. Green was an author, a wife, a mother, or anything else the world would come to know her as — she was Michelle. A tall, gap-toothed, kinky-haired, sneaker-wearing, gifted girl growing up in Albany, Georgia. Not Albany, New York. Albany, Georgia.

You own a Bible. It might even be a nice one. Leather cover. Someone's name engraved on the front. A ribbon bookmark that has never actually marked anything. And it has been sitting there. Judging you.

What started as a harmless game turned into something far more real. When a simple Christmas gift brought a spirit board into her home, Stone Green never imagined it would open the door to something she could not explain. At first, it was fun. Then it became personal. Then it became terrifying.

In GOD, I Know YOU Got This, But..., we settled something a lot of us didn't want to hear: worry is a sin. Not a personality trait. Not just how you're wired. A sin — the same as any other place we've decided we don't trust God with something.

GOD, I Know YOU Got This, But... The Harmful Sin of Worry is a faith-based nonfiction book for Christians who love God, trust the Word, and still find themselves awake at 2: 47 a.m. running a full threat assessment on their lives.
