I know without a doubt when I am in the mood for dark and unhinged lauren is the first author I think of.
this one wasn't any different. the way she finds the tiniest miniscule way to add humanity back into the I humane male leads is an art.

Holy smokes!!!

This novella, especially the narration by Kayden Lukakis & Angelina Rocca. I def had a moment of what am I reading, then along the way my heart broke for Cole. And by the end I just embraced my unhinged self. Absolutely LOVED this one!!!

if you are looking a good quick book i recommend this one. please check tigger warning before reading it does have some tough subjects. i love the book Lauren did a amazing job for this novella you get why he is the way he is and what lead to his life falling apart. even though you are not suppose to fall in love with someone like that your heart doesn't know but wants what it wants

I am surprised how Lauren was able to include so much depth in this novella. It worked really well and I liked the book a lot! I think the narrators were a great duo for these characters. They did an amazing job with the emotions of the MCs.

I listened to this audiobook in 1 go. The narrators did a fantastic job and I thought they performed their roles well. I loved the book. I have been meaning to make time to read Lauren Biel books and I wish I had made time sooner. This dark romance did not disappoint.
