so I'm really usually not into books this explicitly full of sex. however, I loved this series 😍 it was really good. I think the last one was my favorite though. something about her being sure that he was lying and having faith in their relationship instead of believing the lies ment to break them up just makes me happy.

I didn't like the male voice. sounded to old for the characters. the writers vocabulary is limited and uses the same verbiage in each story. and the stories seemed rushed leaving you not being able to get to get attached to the characters.

the books were ok glad they had a set becuse it would definitely not been worth it if they had the books separate.

This is my first time listening to a book by this author, and will be the last. I listened to all three of the Virgin Diaries and was amazed at the fact these girls who were virgins into their twenties meet a guy and within a conversation or two are already getting sexual. The stories lacked substance, a ten year old could figure out the “bad guy” easily. The heroes fall deeply in love almost instantly. Everything happened fast, and I’ve never read so many “foul” words it just “dumbed down” the story.
As far as the narrators, the female was fine, but the male was awful. At first, I thought I was going to enjoy his deep voice, but when he changed his voice for other characters it was painful. He made older people sound slow and stupid, females sound flighty and other young men sound giddy. I looked forward to the female parts, which isn’t normal for me as I normally prefer the male’s portion better, but I always needed to give my ears a rest after listening to the guy read.
I’m sure others enjoy this author just fine, but I need more to the books I read. Authors like Sylvia Day who can write an erotic romance and have there be more to the story than sex and the sex scenes are written so much classier.
Sorry, but this is just a no for me.

I wasted a credit in Audible on this . By chapter 4 it was to much bad language. will not listen to any more of the book.
