I really loved this series! Fantastically written, short, extremely hot standalone stories that I could listen to over and over again.

This is a box set of short, steamy romance novellas. They are hot and definitely play out like penthouse letters, but with a better story line. Most of them seemed too short and I wanted the story to be extended because I liked the characters, but there was one (Forever Him) that just played out too fast and it really came off as a made up fantasy for me. I loved that a couple of the stories had role reversals for the dom/sub relationships that are most common in romance stories. There were a couple where the men were the dominate alphas that we are all used to reading about, but two of the stories had the woman in charge as the dom which is a great change up. This was my first time listening to a Jeanne St. James book but I will definitely be giving one of her full length books a try!

The narrators were all amazing for these novellas! The stories were hot on their own but bring Teddy Hamilton and Aaron Shedlock into the mix and it becomes even sexier! Ava Lucas narrated in all of the novellas, but there was only 1 story where she was the sole narrator otherwise she co narrated with Teddy and Aaron.

This series are not for me. it had too much sex and not enough story from the main characters. I chose this because I love the readers. They couldn't saved it. I listened thirty minutes of Only Him and had to stop. The author was new to me. I will read from her if the story have a good plot.

Reading through books 1 through five quite interesting. I was not prepared for the outcome of each book. They were short on labor clippings. I don’t for something more.

The narrator is very good, I just wish there was more to the story.

Generally I like “obsession” books that have good storylines. This was not that type of series. “Novella” should have been my first clue. There are 5 novellas in this compilation, all around 2 hours long listening. The stories are not well developed (again, they are novellas). They also are all standalones. If they were interconnected and had a background story I probably would have enjoyed them more. I like stories with BDSM, which some of the novellas had elements of. What I don’t like is female domme and male sub. If there was just some one I would have been ok with it, but there were 3. Because of the I was disappointed in this compilation

These are great short stories and are very sexy and steamy. For me though they are more sex than story. If getting yourself in the mood is your goal than these are perfect. The narrators were all amazing.
