I will say that multiple voice makes the characters come alive. The interaction would have been much better all I could hear was a man trying to sound like a woman. Ugh

Big fan of D.C. Cole. There's another book about Ty mentioned at the end. I typically wait for the audible but I might have to read it first. I like listening to him. His narrator voice is very unique and I like that. This story was a good listen to me. A little different and more than satisfactory. I liked the pace. Enjoy!!

I enjoyed this book 📖 the turns and twist of two strangers and how life changes so fast I love the neighbor and best friend and 🏡 keeper simply a great story with excellent characters and narrators thanks to the author 😊

This was a newer twist on a previously told story.

He is very wealthy, buys a girl at an auction to protect her from a scum.

There is a twist in the tale when things turn dangerous.

Steamy, graphic sex scenes, so prudes beware.
