I was very involved listening to this book until I was caught off guard with a comment the author says. He says mental illness is a choice and when speaking about a client of his to admitted herself in a mental institution, the author says she copped out, and caused her husband to have to pay $8,000. I was disgusted at this comment.

Also beware that author omits chapter 9 in this audio book and says if you want to know more about this chapter about anger, refer to a written copy of his book. Thank you a lot sir for suggesting I pay for this book twice.
