Mason and Tyler take Lacey under their arms when Lacey's brother is murdered. She proves to have more spunk, will power and bravery than even she ever imagined. This only manages to spark Mason and Tyler to take her further into their wild (sexy and hot as hell) sex lives. She takes everything they have to offer before taking them one step further. The story will grab you from the first page to the last. Their little one as they call her proved to be more than they had ever dreamed of. I've never liked Spaghettios, but may have to reconsider my opinion now! All I can say is that to be Lacey would be what heaven on earth must be like .
There are twists and turns in the story that will have you holding your breath and sex scenes that will leave you panting.

Gregory Salinas is terrific. I absolutely love the voices he uses and the wide range of emotions while listening takes you right into the book.

Okay let's start with the good. The book was steamy and kept you guessing with the "who did it" part of the book. A+ with the story and narration. I really enjoyed the steamy, STEAMY, sex scenes MM, MF, & MMF. The book had me looking for the cabin log with a underground cavern with a secret natural hot spring. I haven't found it yet. A little childhood trauma throwed in for good measure. I think the only issue I have is such a small one. The whole the heroine having to be "virtuous" while the guys can be all kinds of sluts is a little tired. Especially when they have sexual encounters that would make experienced hookers blush. But that's my only compliant, other than that it was a great read.

Would you consider the audio edition of Night Is Darkest to be better than the print version?

Yes, it is nice to relax and listen to the story unfolding. The different voices were easy to follow.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Night Is Darkest?

When you find out who the bad guy is why everything has happened up to this point. The story was very well developed.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me cry and laugh sometimes at the same time. Jayne takes you into the story.

I highly recommend this story. One on my favorites of Jaynes.

I thought this book had lots of potential but the plot had some reality problems. I liked Lacey, the main female character a lot, who was smart, funny and strong. However, when her brother is murdered, the plot has her getting romantically involved with 2 her brother's childhood friends within days of the funeral. So not happening!!! Next, the 2 friends Mason & Tyler (2 sexy cops who secretly bisexual), spend more time trying to get Lacey in bed than investigating the murder of a fellow cop. Again, not happening. All the characters were interesting and believable; the story just need a reality check. Excellent narrator!

This was not what I had expected, it was hot but had a decent story line. I would have liked a little more in the epilogue.

The narrator did a good job his voice was very sexy to me!
