What a fun little Christmas story! A steamy couple of days with an old crush is a great way to spend the weekend, right? A sweeter read than I expect from Sibylla, but definitely worth it.

I absolutely love Kitty's voice, but I would have liked a bit more emotion and differentiation between characters.

I loved this little sweet and dirty holiday novel from Sibylla Matilde. Filled with likable characters, a snowy mountain setting and some very HOT scenes, Merry Little Hookup by Sibylla Matilde was a very full (see what I did there?) story for a 2 hour/98 page story.

Virginia Bennett has no family left and bartends in an Aspen bar. Holidays are hard to spend alone, but her secret high school crush walks in her bar on Christmas Eve. Ty just got out of the military and found his fiancee and his brother have hooked up, when he goes to get a drink and sees the goth girl he had the hots for in high school.

Sibylla delivered the perfect combination of sweet and cheesy (a must for holiday romance) and HOT and SEXY (a must for Sibylla). I listened to the book, and although I really like Kitty’s voice, I don’t think she was really suited for this one. Kitty does serious, sad, broken really well, but she was just a little too serious and sad sounding for this upbeat, sweet and sexy romance. I recommend this one no matter how you read it…just read it (and have BOB ready to go!)
