loved the story. a bit juvenile but hey sometimes that's what scratches the itch. enjoyed a nice raunchy naughty dirty hero story. however, the reading was horrific. it's as if a 12 yr old were in front of the class hurrying through her reading assignment, stopping mid sentence often having lost her place. it is so bad it becomes a dread to resume the story.

I really enjoyed the story but the editing and narrator are really bad maybe book 2 will be better.

I have the feeling that the story is being made or broken by the narration.

I'll likely continue the series.

There's almost no character feeling in the dialogue even though I worry that the way the dialogue is written makes each of the characters speak patterns excessive.

That said I shouldn't be worrying about that when trying to enjoy a story.

Overall the whole story seems like setup for future story. it's definitely been entertaining enough for me to keep me interested.

I wish I could like this more, reading the book is better than listening to it but even that isn't the best, the voice actress doesn't seem to really care about the story there is almost no tonal infliction while reading and the whole thing has the unfortunate excitement of reading a telephone directory, she doesn't change the tone of her voice at all when reading different characters and it just doesn't work well.

this is very unfortunate as I love Miss Carters voice.

You are better off using text to speech than listening to the narrator of this book. There’s no way to tell who is talking with one Sentence blending into another. There’s random pause which ruin the flow of the story. Like I said at the beginning you are better off getting the book then using the text to speech option on kindle.
