This was a short, sweet novella where a woman and man have a mutual breakup but the woman sees the man is with another woman 2 days later. She goes to confront him, couldn’t find him, and went to his father’s home. Things take off from there with a relationship with the father. Loved the ending, which is a couple of years in the future.

Nikki Monroe did a good job with the narration. I was given this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This short story is definitely worth your time. It has everything that’s promised: Short, hot, OTT instalove romance with a sweet HEA. There really is chemistry between Lexi and Marcus. I loved it!

Perhaps somewhat to my surprise, this 35 minute audiobook of a story by Megan Snow was actually quite well done. With a title like "Falling for My Boyfriend's Dad" you might not be expecting very much. You expect sex, and for sure you'll be getting plenty packed into this little gem. What you also get is plot, character development, romance and a general sense of satisfaction at the end of the story. That's a lot to build into a 35 minute story, and I have to give the author a lot of credit for doing so. Megan Snow is a talented writer, and you can see the care she took crafting this story.

Her writing is well paired here with the excellent narration by Nikki Monroe. She does a good job with the narration and character voices, which vary from an 18 year old high school senior, to a grown man presumably somewhere in his 40s or 50s, to a 2 year old child. Monroe delivers a lot of talent in her performance, which is delivered with empathy and the sexual excitement that a listener expects from this type of audiobook. All in all, you couldn't ask for more in a 35 minute book.

I expected this story to be longer. I would have loved some more chapters and some more scenes. This book made me feel like I wasted a book credit.

The book was very good. The only downside for me was the voice. She didnt seem like she enjoyed narrating this type of story.
