Fenella's wonderful descriptions of feelings and emotions made it impossible to walk away. Listened to this one start to finish without interruption, then started over. Annabelle and Luke's relationship felt perfectly captured and described. Kitty's reading makes it impossible for anyone else to ever do the reading of these books. I can't wait for the next Audible book from this team. Thanks for putting this out there!

First I want to start off by saying I was a smidge worried about the premise of the book that it would be predatory. I assumed the “student” would be young and that wasn’t the case at all. It’s a cute love story of two consenting adults. About half way through a sub plot shows up where the heroine helps uncover foul play with the hero’s best friends company. I feel like there could have been more development of feelings between them. It went from lust to love rather quickly, but I was rooting for them either way. Narration was great and made for an awesome listen while painting my house.

I want to start off by saying that I've never read or listened to this author's work before but when I read the blurb for this book I decided to give it a listen, the premise of the book about a student and a lecturer becoming involved sexually made me think it might be darker than it was, but in actuality, the story isn't predatory at all it’s an enjoyable love story between two consenting adults who fit together perfectly.

I know that the storyline is one where the main characters feel an irresistible attraction but personally, I would have liked a little more time spent on how their feelings developed and how the connection between them grew. They seemed to go from lust to love a little too quickly in my opinion, but you may feel differently. But however, they got together I thought they were perfect for each other and I wanted their relationship to continue and flourish.

There is in addition to their love story a subplot but I'm not going to tell you anything about it as I don't like to give spoilers. Overall I enjoyed the story and liked this author's writing style, she perfectly captured the relationship between Annabelle and Luke and described the scenes very well.

I like the way Kitty Windrow performed the narration, I'd not listened to her before but now have another name to watch out for when choosing books to listen to. I listened to this one In one sitting yesterday afternoon when there was a local power cut, a great excuse for spoiling myself, wrapping myself up in a warm throw and just relaxing with a nice drink.

I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

I loved the characters and the mature and realistic relationship between Luke and Annabelle. Their feelings were of admiration, respect and honest.
Narrator Kitty Windrow was fabulous at bringing this story to life. Her descriptions of the intimate scenes were super hot.

This had a good storyline and very likable characters. I enjoyed the insta attraction and teasing self restraint. lol. The smexy scenes are very sensual and erotic and well done. I enjoyed it. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job bringing it to life.

Listening to this book was amazing. I truly enjoyed everything about this book. I have to say that when it comes to true love it’s worth the wait. Annabel and Luke’s story is the perfect example. They have face the challenges, with flying colors. Above all I love their jovial behavior towards each other and open communication.

This was a quick, enjoyable listen. I would've liked a bit more time at the beginning of the book for the characters to get to know each other, and more build-up, but otherwise it was a great read!
