I really enjoyed this book and wanted more when I was done. Kind of cheesy yet sexy and a very easy listen. I really enjoyed how the FMC wasn't a pushover even if she was not so sexually experienced.

I found this book after reading The Interview. I am loving this intertwined world of Carnage. I would recommend reading this book before The Interview. There are characters in this book that get introduced and brought into The Interview. You don’t have to, but it would make sense when they are introducing the characters in The Interview. I loved this book, it was sooo cute! What happens in the beginning is heartbreaking. I just love the way Lesley writes. She makes you feel for the characters in the book. This book did make me laugh a few times. Max and Billie’s love story was beautiful.

Most romance books have you so invested in the couple as a whole but this author does a great job of building up and developing each character. Then when events happen in the book you are much more emotionally invested. I loved this book. My new favorite for sure.

Great (if somewhat predictable) story. Character development was gratifying. Strong female, well balanced male, and an antagonist you just want to strangle. A few good sexy bits. Nice epilogue.
The narrators were great- even if their “American” accents were painful on occasion. Free to listen with plus as of this writing, but I would say worth a credit if necessary.
