As part of a recent settlement, some Audible customers have been provided with the right to redeem one or more free audiobooks from a select catalog of over 200,000 titles. For more information on the settlement please visit www.mckeesettlement.com.
If you are eligible to participate, you will have received an email from us containing codes to redeem for free audiobooks.
You need to click on the link(s) in the email you received in order to claim your redemption(s). Important: Visit audible.com and make sure you are logged into the account the email was sent to before clicking on the link.
Note that if you have more than one offer link in the email, you will need to click on each link to activate each redemption.
A current Audible membership is not required to redeem your free titles.

You can also search for specific titles using the search box. If you see Redeem for free and Why is this free? on a particular title page, that means the title is included in the settlement catalog. Clicking the Settlement Catalog filter on the left hand side of the search results page will show you titles included in the settlement. You may need to scroll down to see this filter option.

No, but you need to log into an your Amazon account. If you are eligible to participate, you should have received an email from us. You need to click on the link(s) listed in the email you received in order to claim your redemption(s).
Yes, the $0.00 price that displays beneath Why is this free? indicates that you successfully applied the redemption code and will receive the title for free.
Please refer to the email from Audible that included the link to your free audiobook. Customers who are eligible to redeem more than one audiobook will see multiple links in that email. Each link contains a unique redemption code that will be applied to your account. In order to redeem more than one free book, you need to click each individual link listed in the email and log in to your account (if prompted) to activate each redemption code.

If you have already clicked all of the links in the email we sent to apply your redemptions codes and redeemed all your free audiobooks, you will no longer see the Why is this free? or Redeem for free buttons when you search for audiobooks. You can go here and click on any of the titles featured to confirm this.
You will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. We will have our Account Specialist team look into this for you to see if you are eligible. If you are eligible, we will be able to resend you the email. Please note, this may take 7-10 business days or longer to research.
No, the redemption codes are only redeemable on accounts included in the settlement. You will not able to share your free titles with someone else.
