Vikas Adam

Vikas Adam

There’s a lot of love for Vikas Adam at Audible. Born in British Columbia, Adam lived in various parts of the US, Canada, and India before his family settled in Texas. He graduated from Syracuse University and then began his theater and TV career, which later took him to LA. As a narrator, Adam is making a lasting impact on the industry and beyond. An AudioFile Golden Voice known for his dynamic, theatrical, and deeply empathetic performances, Adam is widely recognized as a "vocal chameleon," creating distinct, believable voices for a massive range of characters. He effortlessly shifts between genders and ages, such as portraying both a mother and son in the same story.

Besides his work as an actor, producer, director, and narrator, Adam is a lecturer in the Department of Theater, Film & Television at UCLA. He has also used his theater skills in numerous social outreach programs dealing with sexual assault awareness, and was one of the founding members of the Dallas County Sexual Assault Coalition.
