On the joys of our social community
Robyn Fink: It’s really fun to work with Audible on our social channels because my favorite thing about working here is our members, right? And connecting them to each other. I get recommendations from our comments all the time. I really love it when people comment and share their favorite things that they're listening to, what they love about Audible. I like watching people talk to each other in the comments. Someone will say, "Hey, Audible, I'm looking for a new mystery and thriller," and we'll just retweet them. And like 40 people will jump on the comments and be like, "I know exactly what you need to listen to. You've got to listen to this one. You’ve got to listen to that one." It's really beautiful to see, and I have a lot of fun doing it.
