In his first book 'Under The Influence - Reclaiming My Childhood', Zachary shares aspects of his traumatic past with the reader as a way to demonstrate the healing benefits of writing therapy, as well as to reduce the stigma of trauma and related mental illness.

Through 'How To Get Your Sh!t Together' (book and podcast), Zachary provides practical advice, tips and techniques for Overcoming Anxiety, Defeating Depression, Moving On From Trauma, Getting Organised, Finding Meaning and Following Your Dreams.

His SkillShare video courses cover a variety of topics including how to meditate, lucid dream, instil new habits and grow confidence.

Zachary has also released the 'One Minute Life Hacks' podcast, where he provides the core components of his longer form work in just one minute. He also blogs and vlogs on all things mental illness, motivation and self-improvement.

Zachary also writes fiction and poetry. Hi first fiction novella 'Upgrade' is a sci-fi/dystopic anthology series that attempts to answer the fundamental question: What does it mean to be human?

His second fiction novella 'Wage Slave' highlights the absurdity of the modern approach to work and life. It serves as a constant reminder to pursue my dreams, and not just work for the money - no matter how good the money is.

Zachary Phillips is a qualified school teacher and personal trainer. In addition to his online mental health advocacy work, he also works as a disability support worker, life coach, and martial arts instructor.
