Historian. Author. Middle American. I write to provide an escape from today's chaotic world. I believe the best way to connect Americans with the lost "ground truth" of our history is through immersive books and audiobooks, rather than preachy college lectures. After a detour as a financial advisor on Wall Street, I returned to my true calling: illuminating the unseen and forgotten people of the past. My background: I am a veteran with 35 years of experience in the field, holding an M.A. in History from UNC Wilmington. Since 2021, I have published three novels on the American Revolution, alongside works on modern life and entrepreneurship. Previously, I published the National Guard Review, where I interviewed hundreds of Pentagon officials and saw exactly how Washington worked. I hated it. Today, I focus on better things—like serving as a Gubernatorial Appointee to the West Virginia America 250 Commission.
