Author Sam Wegner has been involved in ministry his entire life. The son of missionaries to Italy, and a graduate of Appalachian Bible College in Mount Hope, WV, he has served as a pastor, teacher, elder, and small group leader. He is currently a chaplain for the young adults at Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands, TX, who affectionately know him as “Uncle Sam”. Sam and Crystal, his wife of 35 years, have four children, three grandchildren, and four cats.
