Roy Dean is a jiu jitsu expert and media producer. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, at the age of 16, Dean was sent to Japan as an exchange student and began training in the art of Judo. Returning to the US, he continued his martial arts training, earning black belts in Judo, Aikido, and third degree black belts in Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also enjoys zen meditation, music composition, and Ashtanga yoga.
