Dr. Patrick Sanaghan is an organizational consultant and the president of The Sanaghan Group, an organizational firm specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, and leadership transitions. In his 30 years of experience, he has worked with over 250 campuses and scores of organizations in the corporate sector and nonprofit arena. Through NACUBO and Academic Impressions, he taught thousands of leaders to conduct collaborative and transparent strategic planning processes. Coauthor and author of 12 previous books, Dr. Sanaghan has published 50 articles and monographs in the fields of strategic planning, leadership, leadership transitions, and change management. Dr. Sanaghan also served as a board member of the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, for several years. He currently lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
