I am a retired librarian and I am now a full time writer of children's books. The first book in the series - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Fae, is set on the Isle of Bute, Scotland, and transitions between that earthly place and an other-worldly reality known as the Kingdom of Suidhe. The audio book, narrated by Melissa-Marie Shriner, is available on the Audible website and app. The second book - Gagzy, Gogzy and The Ragged Rascal is a fantasy adventure where sisters Gagzy and Gogzy pass through a space-time portal arriving in Sumwer, an island in the seventh sea of Beyond, where they meet many famous nursery rhyme characters, and join forces with a boy, the ragged rascal, to stop the evil intentions of a powerful witch. In the third book in the series - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Singularity, the sisters join forces with a digital character who is a guardian of the universe. They enter the virtual reality of computers to oppose Superbrain, the most powerful computer in the universe. In the fourth book - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Ghost of Tower Hall, the sisters meet a ghost on a small uninhabited island in Scotland. The ghost has haunted the island for more than 300 years, terrified that avenging angels are coming to punish her for something she didn't do during her lifetime. Gagzy and Gogzy seek to rescue her from this terrible fate. The fifth book in the series - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Secret Island is a fantasy adventure story. The psychic sisters visit an island where 2 realities co-exist. One is the earthly reality as we know it, and the other is a reality occupied by elemental spirits and people of the Fae. Gagzy and Gogzy are needed to help save the invisible island of Eilean. The sixth book in the series - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Twinkling Aliens, was published in September 2025. In this story the psychic sisters become friends with two alien kids who have been sent from a distant planet, by their school to report on what they find on planet Earth. The seventh book in the series - Gagzy, Gogzy and the Slip in time - Shadows of the Gone... Is now in progress and I hope to publish it before autumn 2026. This is a story, set in the city of Glasgow, where the psychic sisters experience a mysterious phenomenon known as a time slip. Inexplicably, they slip out of their own time zone, into a past century more than 400 years ago. They become part of, and live, first hand, through scary historical events, in a way they could never experience by reading a history book.
