Growing up, I ate fast food every night, hated exercise, was dead broke. After deciding I was meant for something greater, I went on a search to figure out how to change my life. I discovered the problem wasn't me, it was my thinking and strategies that kept me stuck. Using the tips I picked up from studying psychology, I got in the best shape of my life, started my own business, and broke through many of the limiting beliefs that had kept me stuck for years.

I started writing originally on my blog http://excuseproof.com to share the insights I discovered after spending ten years studying the world's top experts in psychology, personal development, health, fitness, and spirituality.
