Chief Master Sergeant Daryl J. Hogan Jr. is a veteran of the US Air Force with more than 24 years of active duty service as of the publishing of his second book, “Life as a Command Chief! Lessons Learned During My First 12 Months On The Job.” With a background in firefighting, community college instructing, project management, human resource management, and executive leadership, he is the first US Air Force enlisted chief to ever serve as Command Chief on the Western Launch and Test Range following the historic birth of the US Space Force on December 20, 2019. He is also the author of “It’s More than a Job: Life and Leadership through the Eyes of a First Sergeant.” His passion and professional calling are in the areas of teaching, mentoring, and developing current and future leaders at all levels.
