Jessica's best friend, Hilary, has had several run-ins with Liam, a sexy Dom from Stronghold who is good friends with Jessica's boyfriends, Justin and Chris. I read the first two books in this series, and was fortunate to be able to get the audible for #3 in this fabulous series. The narration was perfection - so much fun to have this "delivered" in a hands-free, entertaining manner!!

Book three of this series continues where book two left off and adds an additional couple element. We still get to see Jessica, Chris and Justin as they continue to settle into their new life and try to find a way to tell their family and close friends about their unconventional relationship. Some people aren't happy. Some people do and say terrible things in response to the news. And some people handle it amazingly. I love that the author gave us all of that though, and with realistic reactions. How family and friends react, as well as how Jessica, Chris and Justin react all felt very true to the characters I've become so interested in and also seem plausible as to how someone might react in this situation.

This story also introduced Hilary and Liam. Their dynamic is so different then the other relationship. Not only because there are two people involved instead of three, but also because Hilary isn't as interested in going deep into the BDSM lifestyle as Jessica. Luckily Liam is turning out to be the perfect match, although they are taking their relationship at a much different and comparatively slower pace.

The narration again was very well done. The same narrator from book two was back for this one and I still liked the job she did overall.

The story itself ended with things more unresolved in my opinion then the previous book. It was more like book one's ending, and now I have to wait for book 4 to come out on audio so I can get all my lingering questions answered. But I will definitely be on the look out for it.

I am loving this series! The first book was good and I wanted to read the second. After the second one I was really interested in getting the 3rd book because it was also about Jessica’s best friends relationship with Liam. But now that I have finished book 3 I HAVE to start book 4 right away. I have to find out how both relationships turn out! I love the characters and the narration is great! If you like great characters and lots of different kinds of sexual scenes this is the book for you!

I loved this book. The sex scenes were scorching hot. I loved the relationship between Justin, Chris and Jessica and am very much looking forward to seeing where the relationship goes with Liam and Hilary in the next book in the series. Brooke did a great job at bringing all of these characters to life. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Definitely one of my favorites by Golden Angel. She's become a go to author for me and this series is exactly why. If you like books that have an interesting storyline and a high level of hotness you will enjoy this series. The narration like the writing was consistently amazing to the very end.

My first book by Golden Angel and I loved it. Venus Desiring is the third book in this series. It was fun, sexy and very enjoyable. The narrator did a fantastic job.

I loved this book. BDSM fascinates me as a reader. I once had a friend who asked to use the satellite phone in my office while we were at sea to contact her sub. After making sure the woman was doing as ordered she had the sub talk to me. I think my interest was peaked. Your series is like talking to my friend. Thank you for writing this.

I really enjoy this series. We get to see Jessica, Chris, and Justin settling into their lives and telling friends and family about their unconventional relationship. I like that we got to see different types of reactions and that they felt real. We also get Hilary and Liam. Hilary is just starting to discover what she's interested in and opening her mind. It was interesting to see these two very different relationships. I can't wait for the next book to see how everything turns out.

Brooke Pillifant's narration really good. She's clear and easy to listen to.

The story continues in this 3 book. Jessica and her men continue to get closer togethe. Jessica has a confrontation with her ex. Hillary and Liam also become closer. The sex scenes are smoking hot.

Venus Desiring continues the story with Jessica and her two men. But is adds in the romance of Liam and Hillary. The connection between the two romances flow so smoothly. Liam and Hillary had a bad start but when Hillary wants to explore her naughty side, Liam is the one assigned to introduce her. Their romance is fast and sexy! This is one hot and sexy story that you cannot put down.

Although this story is part of a series, it can be read alone. I would definitely recommend reading this series in order though. There is some back story that will just enhance the full experience.

Brooke Pillifant's narration was wonderful. Her voice was easy to listen to and added to the story experience. She was able to distinguish the characters with ease. Ms Pillifant brought out every emotion with ease. She brought the story to life.
