The performance from the narrator is very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

The narration of the book was well done. The narrator did a great job with the story. The story itself felt lacking in development of the storyline and characters. The story felt quick and rushed in some parts. Overall it was a cute story

I *loved* this audio book. I was not familiar with book, author, or narrator before listening to Tyler's Transformation, but i'm happy that I am now. This is a very sweet & low- angst story of how Tyler, a pro baseball player, went from being a closeted gay man, to taking back his life, getting injured, and finding love and redemption with older cowboy Graham.
This is my first encounter with three narrator, Darcy Stark, and I was very happy with his work. He has a pleasant voice, good pacing, pronounced all the words in a way that sounded normal to me (which I know is weird but it really takes me out of the story if the narrator pronounces a word differently than is normal for me), and was good about keeping in character and differentiating voices.
