Rochelle has a past she was trying to run away from that is when she met Bric, Quin, and Smith. She played their game for three years. She left Denver, the boys, and the game. She had told Bric she was pregnant and asked for options. He told her to get an abortion. She didn’t know who the dad was, either Bric or Quin.
It has been a year since Rochelle left town and Quin has never been the same. Bric kept telling Quin he looked for Rochelle but had no luck. One day Chella introduced Bric to her old friend to find Rochelle and he was able to find her within 30 minutes. When Bric showed up at Rochelle he had planned on telling her to stay away but he wanted Quin back in his life so they developed a plan.
Will Quin forgive Rochelle for leaving? What will happen when he finds out she has a baby?
Another great book from JA Huss. I didn’t realize that this was part of a six books series which were all stand alone but with cross over characters and I read the last three of the series. Now some of the stuff from those books are making sense.

No, never, not once have I been disapointed by Julie"s writing and this book is no exception. I always get a kick out of her EOBS as well but in this series I got to hear her read it herself, pretty awesome!

This is my second book, first series on audible & I didnt think I woulld like it. It made a difference to me that there were different narrators for each character, because when I'm reading they always have different voices in my head. All in all it has been a great expeience & I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

Though at times a bit slow, it was exciting and in many respects teasingly unpredictable. Huss would drop a hint about a coming revelation. But then you would hear a couple of more hints that let you think your initial hunch was wrong. So you shift gears consistent with the last hint. Then BAM: the unveiling when you learn neither set of hints were close to what happens. Cool. And the romance, sex and hot threesomes (and permutations) certainly adds a special tinkle not only in one’s cranium, but between your legs as well!
