And when Laura is seriously injured in an attack, pregnant and fighting to survive, Massimo faces the toughest decision of his life. What will his life be without Laura? Will he be able to raise their child alone? What will the fate of his family be, and whose 365 days may come to a close?

Amazing

Great job the author is very talented, she really needs to make the 4th movie to close this story up on the screen. I hope she keeps the ending because nobody deserves to be with someone who is controlling and manipulative and the author makes that a real key part in her books.

SPOILERS- then entire review

OK, I review one book out of forty. And this trilogy deserves my words.
For sure

Love the story … funny at times like laugh with an audible sound funny! Olga is FIVE stars 100%. She’s a real person- selfish, condescending, loving, honest like for reals honest! Just loved her character.
Laura was a something character; ummmm she was like whiny, bratty, reactive, but also, sensual, loving, creative, and forgiving. I liked her most the time.
Any dude that kidnaps a girl for any reason is kinda douchey… not the ideal way to meet cute.
However, I will say I felt the angst of Laura and Mossimo. Like the feels were there. She chose him, he obviously took her against her will, but that is forgotten and forgiven so quickly by Laura. He dreamt of her for years! They’re kismet, meant to be. He found her for goodness sake from a dream!!
The baby - they were happy! She jumped to conclusions often and he did everything to make her happy.
Then she lost the baby and everything got eff’d - was it her heart transplant? Or just he couldn’t come out of his pain? I dunno they had enough story to make it without her ending up cheating with some second douchebag kidnapping her. She falls in love, again!?! He was manipulating from jump! Like straight away planting seeds. Talking negatively about her husband, being sexual cause he knew she was a sexual person. He played certain songs like get the eff outta here. He was constantly baiting her. Him tricking/pushing her about who raped her. She didn’t wanna talk about it and it was something mossimo may have done? I dunno dudes a gangster too - he cannot be perfect. Basically nacho ruined the book for me, I don’t like cheating books
If she hadn’t been a ho when he kidnapped her
Her husband knew something was up
She broke the trust but Mossimo is the bad guy? If she would’ve not pushed him sexually when she came back home from Poland. He was trying so hard to be good for her. Well written
Intense
Just, I had to fast forward most of the last 3 hours.
She loved mossimo and she was too dumb to see the game nacho played. Ugh
Nacho sucks

Better then the movie!

Absolutely loved this series. So happy I got it even though I watched the movies first. The books have SO MUCH MORE detail then the movies and actually has an ending that is understandable. Sad it finished but will be relistening soon!

Books are better!

I first discovered the movie on Netflix, but as I waiting for the 2nd and 3rd movie to come I started on the books. Let me just say the DETAILS of the rooms, the clothes, the atmosphere ! BREATHTAKING ! Blanka took her time mastering this trilogy I like the watch the movies them go back at read the books you get a lot more added detail and Laura is too shocked to say out loud.
10/10 on all three books must watch must read !

Had me fooled

I have to say, I thought that this was glorifying abuse, but then I listened to the authors note. Love it, this story and series is amazing.

Good Except for Narration

I thought this book was better than the second one. The plot was good and I was satisfied with the ending. There seemed to be a lot more sex scenes in this one and they were not overly cheesy, which happens a lot in this genre. The only thing I didn’t like was the narrator’s excessive use of that whiny close-to-tears overly dramatic voice that she used in all the wrong places. I wouldn’t say it’s a reason not to listen, but I found myself getting irritated by it after awhile and trying to imagine how the author intended it to be read. That’s really my only complaint, aside from what seemed like a few continuity errors (timelines that didn’t add up). I know some people dislike it because of the SA, but (and I do feel qualified to have an opinion on this) I never reached a point where I felt too uncomfortable to continue. Obviously everyone has different comfort levels and if you don’t want to read about that at all, then I would suggest skipping this one.

so worth the wait!

I'm going to be honest..if it weren't for the movie I wouldn't have read the books. **spoiler alert**
I loooove nacho from the movie and prayed to God the book chose nacho as well. You know how movies and books are, they so not the same. I fell in love with nacho as a gardener and kept falling. So thank you blanka for this ending, you made me a very happy women! Finally a book and movie I can say was worth watching and reading! Plus, the characters matched the book so well, I applaud whoever chose them. I kept them in memory as I read the book. Thank you!!!
