Interesting (anglo) BBW & male both with issues.

I liked this story because the lead character (anglo) BBW was snarkie and out spoken.And she SEEMED to be an older woman (thank GOD about time) The young (rich) man has issues that with the lead character, seeks proffesional help for their separate "issues".. But the young man seems to REALLY love her. This turns into a happy story. I enjoyed the writting. It made me laugh & cheer.. Good job K. Mattew... I would have given it 5 stars if the lead character was a woman of color. (my personal preference only)

Steamy

The story is loaded with steam. Mia is auctioned off at a work charity auction and billionaire Garret buys her for a date. The story continues as they date and develop their relationship. Has heat. Story gets better after the beginning.

Short Read

If you need a quick book to listen to, this is perfect. I’ve finished it on one day trip.

This story had a much better storyline and detailed plot then the last book I read by the same author. This book has a lot of sex in it, but the storyline is strong so it’s not the main focus.
I loved that the younger man was interested in a woman that was real. She had a realistic size for her age and was honest and authentic.

Might try another book by this author.

Not what I was expecting 🤯

went into it blindly. just knowing that she was a BBW. don't really elaborate how big but at least there were mention of rolls and such not like other authors that say they are but end up a size 6. Anyway the title to me was misleading because the whole story was all about Mia and not the billionaire so that kinda threw me off a little but not enough to enjoy they story. loved how the author took you on an emotional rollercoaster along with them and how that twist at the end came out it was beautiful to say the least. my only downside to this audiobook was the narrator especially on that second chapter almost DNF it for me. sounded like she had a nasty cold but if she could power through it so could I, Momma didn't raise no quitter!😁 other than that it was a very enjoyable quick listen.

Not what I expected!

I was very disappointed with this trilogy. The character of Garret Fabel was delightful and nuanced, but Mia Harrison is a contradiction. The gist of the story is that Mia takes one for the team by agreeing to participate in an auction through work to raise money for a local cause. Garret places the top bid and, when he and Mia go off for a night of fun, they both get more than they were expecting. The story fell apart for me when Mia's oppressive body issues overroad the relationship they were building. The final straw was when Mia threatened to leave Garret because she needed to take control as a dominatrix and he wasn't willing to be suberviant. She was so ridiculous and selfish that I was hoping for a happy ending for Garret and anybody else! The narration was very well-done by Audrey Lusk.

The story was not bad in that I enjoy BBW stories.

Would you be willing to try another book from K Matthew? Why or why not?

I would prossible read another of K Matthew book depending on the sample.

What didn’t you like about Audrey Lusk’s performance?

I do not know if she was trying to doing Ethnic or if she had allergies but the nasally sound of her voice (for all) was so annoying I could not complete the book.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Real disappointment, fortunatelly the price for the audio was not to much.

Save your money...skip this!

Where to start? Narrator makes the heroine sound like a nasally, whining, petulant brat instead of a woman with a modicum of intelligence.

I got thru part one and just into part two before I had to stop. It was nauseating me.

Save your money...avoid this one.
